The Shoreline Hotel

10/10! The vibes were both classy and cozy. The front desk people were SO nice, and the cleaning staff is clearly doing a great job because this is the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. And the restaurant downstairs is amazing! I can’t recommend coming here enough :)

We recently stayed at the Shoreline hotel for a winter staycation and had the best time! We never made it in the summer but this is going to be one of the best spots. Cabana Anna’s is the coastal getaway Minnesotans didn’t know we needed.

I recently booked 4 rooms for 8 college friends to share a girls gathering. All agreed the rooms, view & accommodations were exceptional! Every staff person we came in contact with , went above & beyond to meet our every need. Natalie at the front desk, took pics, brought wine glasses to our room & even offered to jump one of our cars which didn’t start in the cold weather.! Food in the restaurant was wonderful for breakfast & lunch with many choices of other restaurants nearby. Room rates were very reasonable! . We definitely hope to make this an annual event! Thank you to everyone at the Shoreline!

This was, hand down, the BEST experience I have EVER had staying at a hotel. First of all, when I checked in, I met Natalie, who felt like an old friend but who I just met. She is the perfect person to be the face of the hotel. When I got to my room, it was STUNNING! The views were exquisite, and since it is the ONLY hotel actually on Lake Minnetonka, so unique.The main bathroom had a double shower and a soaking tub. There was a fireplace in the living room and a powder room as you walk in. Finally, don't discount Cabana Anna's restaurant as your "typical" hotel restaurant. The staff, Amber and Dan, were conversational, friendly, and helpful. I ordered the halibut and would have picked the plate if it wasn't socially frowned upon. Book your next stay here if you are looking for a place where you want to feel at home, even though you're not.

What a gem - the thoughtful design of the hotel, the rooms and restaurant in particular - was so clearly evident! The location is spectacular - a beautiful December sunrise over the frozen lake was magical. Delicious flavorful food as well - we had dinner and breakfast and it was delicious! Everyone we interacted with was so kind and genuine. This is such a breath of fresh air compared to the chain hotels of all levels. Book Now!

Beautiful boutique hotel. The room was lovely; bright, cheery and spored an amazing lake view. Everyone who works here is amazing. Management has done a fabulous job of hiring great, attentive people. Will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay at The Shoreline Hotel! The staff were incredible — Natalie treated us like family, and Rebel even organized a shell hunt just for our kids (ages 4 & 6). The beach area was beautiful and so relaxing, with everything our kids could need — life vests, buckets, shovels, and beach towels. It truly felt magical! The food was delicious (highly recommend the Wallet Sandwich), and the views of the lake were stunning. I also loved that they offer both light and dark roast coffee in the mornings! We were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and the team was so thoughtful — they upgraded our room, which was cozy, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable. We can’t wait to come back! Shoreline Hotel Lake Minnetonka is a gem. We stayed last weekend Feb 20-22 with my 2 boys and we impressed by the hospitality, cleanliness, views of the bay and staff. Natalie, Hotel Manager, was so helpful with useful tips for us about the area. We ate breakfast at the Cabana Anna's and they were delicious. We saw 2 visitors riding their snowmobile for afternoon lunch and riding off subsequently! I can't imagine what the views will be during summer time!
